Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Minimum Advance Booking - All lessons must be booked at least 3 hours in advance to ensure tutors have adequate time to prepare. - Our online booking system will automatically restrict last-minute bookings. Same-Day Bookings - Same-day bookings are allowed only if they are made 3+ hours before the lesson time. Rescheduling Policy Flexible Rescheduling - Lessons can be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the start time without any fees. - Rescheduling requests made within 3 hours of the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation (see below). Cancellation Policy Cancel Anytime With 3 Hours' Notice - Lessons can be canceled up to 3 hours in advance at no charge. - Cancellations made within 3 hours of the lesson will incur a 50% fee. No-Show Fee - If a student doesn’t show up to their lesson without prior notice, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.
